喜欢上烘焙后,我也渐渐学习着尝试做不同的料理。因为我不吃蛋奶,所以想到要做用到起司的料理时就有点头痛。
后来在网上又偷师(呵呵。。),终于自己做了纯素腰果豆酪。虽然味道不会像真正的起司那样,可是也算健康吧。口味重者可能就不会喜欢这简单的豆酪。:p
Ever since I am obsessed wth baking , I start learning to bake different baked goods. I am facing problem whenever I think of baking any food which require the use of cheese, because I am converting to a vegan diet.
After studying several recipes online, I finally made vegan cashew cheese myself. It doesn't really taste like the real cheese but I think it's considered healthy to be consumed. However I think this type of vegan cheese might not be a good choice for those picky eaters. :p

| 自制腰果豆酪 homemade vegan cashew cheese |
1 cup cashew soaked 12-24 hours 1杯腰果( 浸泡12-24小时 )
2 teaspoon lemon juice 2茶匙柠檬汁
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2茶匙盐
some pepper /other seasoning 胡椒粉/其他调味料适量
1/4 cup water 1/4杯水
Mix all above ingredients in a food processor/ blender till well blended. 以上材料放入搅拌器直到搅拌均匀。
180°C for 20-30 minutes. 把面包放入烤箱内,以180°C 烘烤20-30分钟。
P/S : U can use basil sauce / barbecue sauce/ other sauce as a base too. 你也可以用其他酱料,比如九层塔/沙茶酱或其他酱料,将其涂在面包上。
