Therefore i searched high and low for some good recipes and eventually I found one gluten free version online. Nowadays I am cutting down on the intake of gluten due to stomach bloating and I try baking with gluten free flour if possible. Currently I am using ORGRAN all purpose flour in baking cookies , cupcakes and making waffle or pancake.

RECIPE FOR VEGAN GLUTEN FREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 纯素无麸质花生奶油饼干食谱
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour 杯无麸质面粉
1/4 teaspoon baking soda 茶匙苏打粉
1/8 teaspoon salt 茶匙盐
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 杯花生奶油酱
2 tablespoon grape seed oil 汤匙葡萄籽油
3 tablespoon agave nectar 汤匙龙舌兰糖浆
STEPS 步骤
1) Preheat oven to 180°C . 预热烤箱至180°C
2)Mix all ingredients well and form a dough. Use cookies cutter to cut cookie shapes. 把所有材料搅拌均匀,然后捏成面团。用饼干模具来塑造饼干形状。
3)Bake 15 minutes till edges are golden . 烘焙15分钟至饼干成金黄色。
